Our Services

We provide remote bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable record-keeping, bank and credit card reconciliation, and financial statements and reporting, delivered online using the accounting software named on our Services pages. The exact scope of any engagement is agreed with you in writing (by email or an agreed proposal) before work begins.

What We Do Not Provide

We do not provide tax filing, tax advice, statutory audit, or legal advice, and nothing on this website is financial advice. Where your situation needs a licensed tax adviser, auditor, or lawyer, you should engage one; we can prepare tax-ready financials for them.

Fees and Payment

Monthly bookkeeping plans start from $150/month. Your actual fee is confirmed in writing before work begins, based on your scope and transaction volume. One-off work is quoted individually. Work may be paused if agreed payments are outstanding.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate records and documents, for reviewing the reports we deliver, and for decisions made using them. You keep ownership of your software accounts and data and may revoke our access at any time.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to provide your services.

Liability

We take care to provide accurate work based on the records you supply. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
